Thomas B. Ellis, Jr.

He died August 19, 2017

Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2017 at 9:00 am at

Trinity Episcopal Church

Service will follow at 10:00 am

Eternal rest grant unto him, O Lord.

May his soul, and the souls of all the departed through the mercy of God, rest in Peace.

New York Polyphony's concert, "A Lily Among Thorns" is Friday October 6th at Trinity.

Praised for a "rich natural sound that's larger and more complex than the sum of its parts," (NPR) the four men of New York Polyphony have won hearts and ears as one of the finest vocal chamber ensembles in the world. They sing with intelligence, subtlety and consummate artistry," (Richmond Times-Dispatch) in repertoire that ranges from Gregorian chant to cutting-edge compositions. They have performed across the globe including London's Wigmore Hall and The Royal Concertgebouw in Amsterdam. The ensemble's growing discography includes two GRAMMY-nominated releases and albums that have topped the "best of" lists of The New Yorker, Gramophone, and BBC Music Magazine.
